The Personal Claims Process

Our approach takes the pressure off you at a time when you certainly don’t need any more. Our experienced advisers will make your claim progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. They will help you assess your position, compile necessary paperwork, and they will chase the experts’ reports to ensure you meet the legal requirements for a satisfactory conclusion. 

Step 1: Speak to an advisor

Our adviser will talk you through what has happened and help you assess whether you have a case to claim compensation. If so, you'll be notified straight away and assigned to one of our solicitors, who will send you paperwork to read and sign.

Step 2: Help with the legal paperwork

To file the claim, detailed information and supporting evidence needs to be gathered by your solicitor, with the aim of getting you the maximum compensation for your personal injury.



The solicitor will record as much detailed information about the accident as you can give.

Medial Assessment

After the solicitor consultation, you may need to get a medical assessment to document the extent of your injuries.

Financial Losses

The solicitor will note down a schedule of losses, which outlines all the financial losses that the claim award should cover.

Letter of Claim

Once you receive a formal letter of claim from the solicitor, you will send it to the defendant. This letter describes the case, plus your injuries and financial losses.

Step 3: The defendant's response

The letter of claim will ask the defendant to return a signed copy to your solicitor within 21 days, either accepting responsibility or to deny liability for the accident or injury.


Step 4: You don't pay for our services

If your claim is successful, you receive 100% of your compensation.

Should your claim be turned down, we still won’t charge you for our help.
